Well, as I recall, I left off on my last post all worried about the test in Hebrew this morning. It was exactly what I expected, but thankfully I think I did fairly well. Only missed one little point I think...
And then I had my first assessment in Fitness for Life at 11:00. I had to run as many laps as I could around the track in 12 minutes. I did 5 1/2, which is nearly a mile and a half. But that was only the last part. I got started, and 2 laps into it, my heart monitor lost my heartbeat! So I reset it and ran another 12 minutes. So I ran a total of 16 minutes... Oh well.
After that, I had to run as fast as I could across campus for speech class. I got there right on time, but thankfully the teacher wasn't there yet! :)
This afternoon I ran to Walmart briefly, then worked on Hebrew homework with Kayla for nearly three hours. This Hebrew is going to kill me!!!!!!
Then I went to the prayer meeting at Chatt First. The pastor talked with me afterwards for a little bit, and I am now the new Bible Worker for Chattanooga First!!! :) I am really excited!!! I guess Pastor Dale had told Joe at the end of last semester that if East Ridge didn't pick me up, he wanted me! So I guess it happened. This will keep me extremely busy, but it will be a good experience as well. :)
Anyway, after that, I went to the 9:15 joint worship in Thatcher. Louis Torres spoke and gave his testimony. It was really amazing!
But now I'm off to bed. Goodnight!
Congratulations on getting the position at Chattanooga First! :) I think you will survive Hebrew fine. Now if only I can do well on my first big nursing test tomorrow!
